Kent County Council awarded the ACIS sponsored INFORM Innovation Award 2007

ACIS was proud to sponsor the INFORM Innovation Award which was presented to Kent County Council at the 11th INFORM Conference in York, 8 November 2007.

Kent County Council was recognised for the development and introduction of the Fastrack Bus Rapid Transit network in Kent. The project entailed delivering two bus routes as a central part of urban regeneration, including the innovative application of technology to provide Home Information Terminals to complement real-time information displays provided at bus stops.
The INFORM Innovation Award recognises the contribution of local authorities and its staff in developing innovative solutions to improve the passenger transport experience in its area.
